Akashic Technologies Inc. is the parent company, with a U.S. subsidiary. We develop cryogenic gas-processing technology and applications that connect suitable gas resources with the places that need energy.
Who we are
Our work centres on the Hydrocarbon Recovery Unit: a modular cryogenic platform designed to condition qualified gas, recover mixed natural gas liquids and produce LNG.
Pipeline, associated, flare and stranded gas can offer different opportunities. Feed analysis establishes the required treatment, equipment duties and product specifications. LNG can then be stored and transported to an equipped destination.
Environmental imperative
Routine flaring burns gas that may have a useful destination. Recovering suitable gas can reduce that waste when processing, product demand and delivery are viable.
Environmental assessment includes methane losses, processing energy, transport and product use. Water requirements, contaminant handling and well remediation remain site-specific scopes.

Akashic’s work is led by Geoffrey Rowe, bringing experience in Canada’s oil and gas sector to patented process development and application planning.
We bring together the expertise needed to assess the gas source, define project interfaces and advance engineering. Historical process development informs the next stage of site-specific validation, equipment selection and acceptance requirements.
