Akashic Technologies / Emergency & Field Power

Gas at the source.
Power where it’s needed.

Untethered from fixed gas infrastructure.

Connect to available gas supplies, convert suitable gas to LNG, and transport the fuel to the deployment. The destination can use delivered fuel without its own pipeline connection.

From gas source to deploymentA proposed Akashic application combining gas processing, LNG transport and compatible flex-fuel generation. The supply chain is configured for the source, the site and the intended duty.

The purpose

Power beyond
fixed gas networks.

The deployment does not have to sit beside the gas resource. Akashic’s concept connects to a suitable available gas source, conditions and liquefies the gas, then moves the LNG to the location that needs energy.

At the destination, stored LNG is vaporized for compatible gas-fired generation. Flex-fuel generators add the ability to use other fuels approved by the equipment manufacturer, giving the deployment additional supply options.

Illustrative deployment flow

01 / Connect

Available gas source

Pipeline, associated, flare or stranded gas assessed for suitability.

Feed composition and conditions define the required treatment.

02 / Liquefy

HRU processing

Condition and liquefy suitable gas, creating LNG for storage and transport.

03 / Transport

Move the LNG

Load LNG into suitable transport equipment and deliver it to the deployment.

The gas source and the power demand can be in different locations.

04 / Generate

Power at the point of need

Store and vaporize LNG for compatible generation.

Use the selected flex-fuel generator’s approved fuel options to support essential loads.

Delivered LNG connects a suitable gas source with a separate point of use. Source processing, transport, onsite fuel handling and generation are configured together.

Where it can help

Three applications.
A shared need for power.

01

Emergency response

Bring fuel and generation to coordination centres, shelters, communications and field medical support. Delivered LNG can support a temporary power package where a fixed gas connection is unavailable or the normal energy supply has been lost.

Coordination · Communications · Essential services

02

Disaster recovery

Source fuel away from damaged local networks and transport it to water systems, refrigeration, temporary facilities and restoration sites. LNG deliveries can support operations while permanent infrastructure is repaired, with generator fuel flexibility adding approved alternatives.

Water systems · Refrigeration · Restoration sites

03

Military support & remote facilities

Supply field accommodation, maintenance facilities, communications and medical support with fuel brought from a suitable gas source. Transportable generation can be repositioned as requirements change, with LNG replenishment and alternate fuel options planned around the deployment’s logistics.

The complete fuel plan

Flexibility at the source.
Options at the destination.

Available gas sources can include pipeline supplies, producing fields and gas that is stranded or otherwise difficult to move. Feed assessment determines whether a source is suitable and what processing is required.

At the point of use, flex-fuel generation adds approved fuel choices. The selected generator determines which fuels it can use and how changes are managed. LNG production, delivery, storage and refuelling are planned as one supply chain.

Built around the job

Independence from a fixed gas connection comes from a complete delivery plan: a suitable source, processing capacity, LNG transport and a destination ready to receive and use the fuel.
